For this exclusive private golf course community in Bryan, Texas, we developed an overall master plan for the community including street scape design, entry features, walls, signage and landscape plans. For the country club, we developed a complete landscape design including drawings from conceptual through construction drawings. Amenities for the property included a resort style pool, competitive tennis facility, exterior terraces, mature landscaping and gardens, entry fountain along with circulation
For this project we were asked to develop a comprehensive master plan for the Penberthy Intramural Sports Complex on the campus of Texas A&M University. Our master plan developed a long term plan for the university to enhance and expand the sporting facilities including parking enhancement, multi-use field layout, landscaping improvements, irrigation lake, maintenance facilities and integration with the overall campus design guidelines.
For this upscale office park location, we developed a complete master plan for the corporate headquarters of Momentum Bank which included the main office building, entry fountains, lake features, employee gardens and street scape design that reflected the formality of the architecture. The master plan also included planning and site design for future development options of a conference center, resort hotel and community art center. Completed in collaboration with HKS Architects and Madison Construction.
For this project, we were asked to help design and improve the landscaping around the main entry to the church. We simplified the design, proposed Japanese Maples and other shade plantings to enhance the arrival experience for the members and guests.

For this project, we developed a conceptual master plan and landscape improvements for the Tulsa Central Nazarene Church to coordinate with their proposed building expansion plans. The studies were designed to enhance the appearance of the church property while also improving arrival experience for both new visitors and church members.
Part of the Graceful Oasis Development the Pedestrian Mall is an outdoor retail shopping and services sector of the project. Landscape development centered around a central spine that rolled from ground level to elevated positions that allowed for the creation of points of interest. A series of fountains and raised planters were developed to provide places to cool down and rest. Between the elevated walkways tall overhead structures were created complete with misting stations to cool down the shoppers during the hot summer months. Other landscape improvements include streetscape planting and signage, transit shelters, landscape pots and other garden architecture ornaments. Pedestrian mall entry feature landmarks were developed as part of an overall Jingxiu Graceful Oasis plan to help unify the site and create a sense of community.
